H-IRB Rotor Balance Machine is used for static and dynamic balancing of  workpieces such as fan, impeller , rotor , haymaker,  chopper, shaft , rollers and so on. Belt drive or drive shaft unit may be preferred according to the work to be done. Machine with belt drive can be recommended in order to get more sensitive results on medium and small-sized pieces. One further advantage is that it simplifies the positioning of the work piece on the machine and this is suitable for series operating. In order to be able to use belt drive unit, there should be at least one cylindrical portion to place the belt on it.

Drive shaft unit provides ease of use for large scale heavy rotor types and the workpieces where there exists no cylindrical surface the belt can be strapped. Balancing programme works with licenced Windows operating system. It is easy for operator use. Re-calibration is not required for different rotor types. Before balancing process,  you can calculate the tolerance according to ISO 1940 standards by entering the dimension and weight of workpiece.

Training and installation process of the machines which  are given by our staff  are finalized with  the submission of a certificate. Machine calibration is made in our company and calibration certificate is provided together with the machine. All our machines have CE certificate. Drill unit  can be added into the equipment in acoordance with the workpiece to be balanced.
